We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Custom Orders: Custom design orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or the contact form. We will provide you with return instructions and a return label.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
